1. Website Development Policy

We allocate significant time and technical resources once a website order is placed. Our policy for website development is as follows:

• Design Phase: Once a website order is received and our team has initiated the project, the deposit is non-refundable.
• First Draft Clause: Once the “First Attempt” or initial design draft has been shared with the client for review/approval, the project is officially in-progress, and NO REFUND will be issued under any circumstances.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon reaching specific milestones (e.g., Theme setup, Beta testing) are non-refundable once the milestone work has commenced.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO

SEO and marketing are ongoing efforts involving external software and manual labor:

• Payments for the current month’s marketing cycle are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds based on “performance expectations” or search engine ranking fluctuations, as these are controlled by third-party search engines.

3. Third-Party Costs

Techwonders acts as an intermediary for certain technical assets. Payments for the following are 100% Non-Refundable as they are paid directly to external vendors:

• Domain Name Registration and Renewals.
• Web Hosting Services and Server space.
• SSL Certificates and Premium Plugins/Themes.
• Google Business Website setups .

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an ongoing maintenance or SEO service, the client must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to our official support email. Any payments processed during this notice period are non-refundable.
